At MySocify, we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share your personal information when you use the MySocify mobile application and website.

1. Information We Collect

We only collect the information necessary to provide you with the core functionality of the MySocify platform.

  • Personal Information: Name, email address, username, gender, and country (collected during registration).
  • User-Generated Content (UGC): Photos, videos, posts, and comments that you choose to upload to the platform.
  • Social Graph Data: Followers, following lists, likes, saves, blocked users, and reported content.
  • Authentication Data: Encrypted passwords, active session tokens, and device ID/timezone (strictly used for secure push notifications).
  • Advertising Data: Google Advertising ID (GAID), which may be collected by the Google Mobile Ads SDK to serve relevant advertisements.

2. How We Use and Share Your Information

We use your data strictly to operate the MySocify platform (e.g., displaying your posts to followers, securely authenticating your sessions, and sending push notifications). Your data is hosted on secure cloud infrastructure. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Some data (like the GAID) may be processed by third-party ad networks (such as Google AdMob) to serve ads within the app. Data is retained for as long as your account remains active.

3. Account and Data Deletion

You have the absolute right to request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

  • In-App Deletion: Navigate to Settings > Account > Delete Account within the MySocify app to instantly delete your data.
  • Web Deletion Request: If you no longer have the app installed, you can submit a deletion request via our public Account Deletion Page.

4. Children's Privacy

MySocify requires users to be at least 13 years old. Our Service does not knowingly address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with Personal Data, we will immediately delete this information from our servers.
