1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the MySocify mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Content

MySocify maintains a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable User-Generated Content (UGC) and abusive behavior. You are strictly prohibited from posting:

  • Content that is defamatory, obscene, abusive, offensive, harassing, or violent.
  • Illegal content, including but not limited to Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
  • Content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.

Users must utilize the in-app reporting tools to flag objectionable content. We reserve the right to review, moderate, and permanently remove any content that violates these rules.

3. Content Rights

You retain ownership of the content you post on MySocify. However, by uploading content, you grant MySocify a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, distribute, and moderate your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

4. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms of Service. Users found engaging in abusive behavior or repeatedly violating our prohibited content policy will be permanently banned from the platform.

5. Copyright & DMCA Policy

MySocify respects intellectual property rights. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit a formal DMCA takedown request to our designated agent at support@mysocify.com.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MySocify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding related to the MySocify platform shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the United Kingdom.
