Agreeing to these terms
These Terms are an agreement between you and MySocify (“we”, “us”), and cover the MySocify app and mysocify.com. By creating an account or using MySocify, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use MySocify.
Who can use MySocify
You must be at least 13 years old, or older if the law where you live requires it, and not barred from using MySocify by law. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian should review these Terms with you.
Your account
- Give accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Do not sell, transfer or share your account, or create accounts to get around a ban.
- Usernames are first come, first served. We may reclaim a username that impersonates someone or breaks our rules.
Your content
You own the content you post. By posting it, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display and share it so we can run and improve MySocify, for example by showing it to the audience you chose. This licence ends when you delete the content, except where others have already shared it or where we must keep it by law.
Only post content you have the right to share. You are responsible for what you post.
What you must not do
- Break the law, or our Community Guidelines and Child Safety Standards.
- Harass, threaten, impersonate or deceive others.
- Post spam, scams, malware, or content that infringes someone else’s rights.
- Collect other people’s data, use bots or scrapers, or interfere with how MySocify works.
- Copy, resell or reverse engineer MySocify, except where the law allows it.
When rules are broken
We may remove content, limit features, or suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or our policies, or when the law requires it. Where we can, we tell you why. If you think we got it wrong, write to support@mysocify.com and a person will review the decision.
@bot and AI features
@bot and other AI features generate answers automatically. They can be wrong, out of date or incomplete, and they are not professional advice, whether medical, legal, financial or otherwise. @bot’s replies are public comments. Check anything important before you rely on it.
Our service and ads
MySocify is free to use and is supported by ads. We may change, add or remove features, and we may show ads next to content, including yours. We do our best to keep MySocify running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors.
Ending your use
You can stop using MySocify and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, or if continuing would create legal risk for us or harm others.
Disclaimers and liability
MySocify is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data or lost profits, or for content posted by other people. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Resolving problems
If you have a problem with MySocify, please contact us first at support@mysocify.com, and we will try to resolve it with you. Nothing in these Terms takes away rights you have under the laws of the country where you live.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms and will show the new date at the top. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the app. Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@mysocify.com.
